As wonderful as my team and I are (;-)), I always feel that I have more to learn and room to improve in my service to our patients. In that spirit, this week we worked with a dental consultant in a process of continuous improvement. We carefully analyzed many of the systems we have in place that supports the care we give to our patients… we worked to organize our communication with our patients as to their personal dental plans…and we worked to improve our follow through with treatment recommendations to the benefit of our patients. Serving our patients needs is our number 1 priority, and I am excited to implement these improvements in our office!
